Resources

Discover some of the resources developed by our team, volunteers and partners.

We’ve produced a glossary of the terminology that we have used throughout this website and as part of our workshops, relating to mental health stigma and discrimination and intersectionality, along with a list of the workshops and support we can offer.

Volunteer-led creative projects

See Me’s volunteers have been using creative methods to share their own experiences of mental health stigma and discrimination, and to encourage others to take action. Read more about 'Trace' - a graphic novel by our volunteer Abi Pirani, and Six Wee Wordies, a workshop developed by our volunteer Bridget Dickson.

Case studies

We have shared some of our learning as we go in our case studies.

Please let us know if you have any questions via email at info@seemescotland.org.

Resource Packs

Our staff, volunteers and partners have worked together to develop various resource packs designed to start conversations around mental health, stigma and discrimination. We hope they can be used by you in your own communities and settings.
