Time to Talk Day 2022
Time to Talk Day 2022 took place on Thursday 3rd of February.
Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Taking place on Thursday 3rd February 2022, it was the day that friends, families, communities, and workplaces come together to talk, listen and change lives.
For 2022 we had resource packs available to order from our website and loads of resources available to download.
In 2022 we looked at all the different ways you can start a conversation on mental health, but with a real focus as well on what we can all do to make sure we’re listening, not just talking.
Time to Talk Day is run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in England, in Scotland by See Me, with SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health), by Inspire and Change Your Mind in Northern Ireland and Time to Change Wales. For the first time ever this year the Co-op are also a partner.
We aim to support communities up and down the country to have more mental health conversations than ever before.
Talking about mental health reduces stigma helping to create supportive communities where we can talk openly about mental health and feel empowered to seek help when we need it.
However you do it, start a conversation about mental health on Time to Talk Day.
